Responsibilities:
As the demands of teachers grow, there is too much to do, and too little time. Dr. Adrienne Smith created videocast/podcast professional development program of authentic practitioner conversations that allowed teachers to tune into learning opportunities anytime, anywhere. Teachers absorbed new knowledge even in those micro-moments that happen while packing up for the day or on the commute to and from work.
